 (*1972) Dino Cauzza studied economics at the University of St. Gallen, he is a qualified auditor and has many years of experience in the Swiss healthcare sector, in particular at Ente Ospedaliero Cantonale (EOC), where he held the positions of internal auditor and CFO. He continued to serve on the Board of Directors of the Ticino hospitals from 2017 until he took over the role of CEO of the Swiss Medical Network on 01.05.2018. He is also a member of the H+ committee, helping to strengthen the interests of private medicine.

(*1968) After training and further education in business and health economics, he was head of administration at Hôpital Daler in Fribourg and administrator of a foundation for mentally and psychologically disabled people. In 2007 he became Director of the Clinique Générale in Fribourg and in 2017 he was the director of Clinique de Genolier and the Clinique de Montchoisi. Now, he is Regional Director Mittelland and a member of the General Management of Swiss Medical Network.

(*1967) He worked as a teacher before electing to study law in Geneva. After having filled several leading positions at the umbrella association Santésuisse, he was appointed Deputy Managing Director of the Swiss Private Bankers’ Association. He joined Swiss Medical Network as Secretary General in 2013. He is the Vice-President of Ospita – The Swiss Health Enterprises and represents Swiss Medical Network within the main associations of the sector.

Magali Dauwalder assumed the Chief Communications Officer (CCO) role at Swiss Medical Network starting September 1st of 2024. She holds a Master's degree in Communication from the Università della Svizzera italiana and brings extensive experience in communication and public affairs to her new position. Most recently, she served as Global Head of Corporate Affairs at SGS. Throughout her career, she has worked for renowned companies such as DuPont, Givaudan, and GEM. Additionally, she has gained substantial expertise in the healthcare sector from her time at the Hirslanden Group and the insurer Visana. She is fluent in German, French, Italian, and English.

(*1981) After completing hotel school, She held a range of positions at several reputed hotels in Switzerland and the UK. In 2007 she moved to Clinique Valmont in Glion (near Montreux), where she became General Manager in 2010. She was additionally appointed Head of Patient Services of Swiss Medical Network in 2013 and finally took over as CEO of GENOLIER PATIENT SERVICES in 2018.

He holds a Master's degree in Communication Systems from EPFL and a Master's degree in Network Security from Institut Eurécom. He began his career at Swisscom R&D and quickly advanced to Head of IT. He later joined Spital Wallis as CIO before being appointed in the same role at Swiss Medical Network in July 2019. His expertise lies in spearheading user-centric digital transformation in healthcare, focusing on operational efficiency, user experience and IT system enhancements. He is also a member of the HIMSS Cybersecurity, Privacy and Security committee.

(1982*) Philipp Gasche studied business administration at the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland in Olten. He worked as an auditor at PwC in Bern for several years and graduated as a chartered accountant in 2010. He joined Swiss Medical Network in 2013 as Head of Financial Accounting for German-speaking Switzerland, from 2015 he was also responsible for financial accounting in French-speaking Switzerland and in 2019 took over the lead in finance.

After training as an engineer and completing a master’s degree in management, Stanley Hautdidier worked as a sales manager at a German MedTech company. He then joined a private clinic in Geneva as Director of Medical Affairs in charge of revenues. He also set up and grew an architecture and engineering firm specialising in healthcare, which he directed until September 2019.

He joined the Swiss Medical Network as manager of the Genolier Innovation Hub In 2019, and was appointed operations manager in April 2021, then made managing director in December 2021.

Mr. Kuchler holds a degree in forensic science from the University of Lausanne and an advanced certificate in organisational leadership from the Haute Ecole de Gestion de Genève. He worked as an assistant and expert in fire investigation at the University of Lausanne before joining the Geneva Cantonal Police as a criminalist. Appointed Head of Sector at the Judicial Police Headquarters, he was responsible for forensic science and criminal intelligence. Director of the Clinique de Valère since 2015, he is since 2018, Head of the Valais / Fribourg Region and member of the Extended Group Management Board.

(*1986) Holder of a Bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Geneva and a Master's from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva, Vincent Michellod joined one of the country's leading healthcare insurers as a negotiator in 2011. He moved to Clinique Générale-Beaulieu in 2016 to take up the post of Director of Finance, and then as General director in 2021.

After obtaining a Master of Science ETH in Pharmacy in Zurich and a degree as a federally certified pharmacist, she managed a pharmacy in Zurich before moving into the pharmaceutical industry. After holding various management positions in sales and marketing, she took over as Head of Clinic Development German-speaking Switzerland at Swiss Medical Network in 2013. Later, she took on the overall management of clinic and corporate development at the two private clinics Bethanien and Lindberg. From October 2018 until the end of September 2019, she was also Deputy Director of the Privatklinik Bethanien. Since 1 October 2019, she has been Director of Privatklinik Belair in Schaffhausen. In July 2021, she also became Director of Privatklinik Lindberg and took over the regional management of Zurich/St. Gallen/Schaffhausen.

After studying international management, Alexandre Omont began his career in industry before moving into the world of healthcare almost ten years ago. As Director of the Hôpital de La Providence and later of the Neuchâtel region, he is now Director General of the Hôpital du Jura Bernois and heads the Jura Arc region. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the IRJB and IRP radiology institutions and a member of the extended Executive Board of Swiss Medical Network.

(* 1965) Fabio Rezzonico studied Business Economics at the University of Neuchâtel. After some work experience abroad, he managed the Regional Employment Office of Lugano, before moving on to manage the Logistics and Buildings Tax Office in Bellinzona and then the Cardiocentro Ticino from 2000. From September 2017 he was General Manager of the Swiss Medical Network in Ticino.

After her training as a nurse in CHUV and benefiting from more than 25 years of experience in the field of health and patient support, Flavia Botticini began her career at Clinique de Montchoisi in 2002. In 2004, she actively participated in the creation of the ophthalmology department. In 2013, she was responsible of international medical coordination and in 2019 became deputy director of Clinique de Montchoisi and Swiss Visio.

In 2020, Flavia Botticini was promoted to Operational Director for Swiss Visio.

Ms. Cotting holds a federal diploma as a human resources specialist. After initial training in the chemical industry, she turned to commercial training in the fields of accounting and personnel management. She started in 2008 at the Clinique Générale Ste-Anne as an assistant accountant. She then moved up the ladder to become Administrative and HR Manager and then was called upon to perform the same function at the Swiss Medical Network Group level from 2016. From 2018 to 2019, she held the position of HR Director. She is currently the Operational Director of Clinique Générale since October 2019.

Marilyne Délémonté has a degree in economics and business management from the Eberhard Karl University in Tübingen and the Strasbourg School of Management. Her career is strongly rooted in operational management, both in Switzerland and internationally (she was involved in the launch of an international group in Vietnam). Two guidelines are decisive for this woman of character: having a spirit of service and managing teams with total respect. Her career within the group began as director of the Montbrillant Clinic in La Chaux-de-Fonds in 2016. She has been deputy director of the Hôpital de La Providence since 2018 and will become its director in January 2021. To further her knowledge in the field of health, she had completed a CAS in management of a public and private healthcare institution at the University of Neuchâtel in 2019.

(*1988) Graduate of the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, she held various positions in the 5-stars hotels in Switzerland and in the jewelry and watchmaking industries.

She has been working for Clinique de Valmont in Glion-sur-Montreux since 2014 and since 2017 has joined the management team as Deputy Director.

After training as a Radiology Technician, Eric Fasel was quickly appointed as a department manager in an independent radiology practice, where he participated in its development while training in management.

After an experience as asset manager for Switzerland in an international group, he joined Swiss Medical Network as Product Manager for Radiology in 2017. In 2019, he obtained the CAS in management of health institutions and EMS from the University of Neuchâtel. He took over the management of the Montbrillant Clinic on 1 January 2021.

A graduate of the EHL (Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne), Alexander Feij made his debut in England at the St James Court Hotel in London before continuing his hotel career in various European countries such as Belgium, France and Switzerland.

More recently, he left for Scotland as Deputy Managing Director of the Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh before returning to Switzerland again, as Managing Director of the Nendaz 4 Vallées & Spa Hotel in Valais. In 2015, he joined Clinique de Genolier as Director of Patient Services. In 2017, he became Deputy Director of the Clinique de Montchoisi and then Director in 2019.

Ms Gillioz holds a degree in social sciences from the University of Lausanne, a CAS in Management of a public and private health institution from the University of Fribourg and a generalist certificate in accounting and finance from the Haute Ecole Arc de gestion. She worked at the Federal Statistical Office as a project manager in the health section. She was then in charge of the Business Development & Organisation Division in the Education and Research Directorate at the Inselspital in Bern. She has been Deputy Director of the Clinique de Valère since the beginning of 2015.

After training as a nurse and completing a CAS in oncology, Ms Meynet began her career at the Clinique de Genolier in 2005. Ms Meynet occupied the post of head nurse of the ambulatory oncology unit, followed by that of assistant healthcare manager, before being appointed healthcare manager. With her CAS in proximity management and CAS in public and private healthcare facilities management, Aurélie Meynet was in charge of medical projects for the clinics of the Swiss Medical Network in the canton of Vaud in 2020.

In December 2021, she took on the role of operations manager.

Fabio Berry has been head of the Rosenklinik Rapperswil since 2021. The trained HF nursing specialist worked for 11 years in various Swiss hospitals and thus got to know hospital operations from the ground up. After completing a Master's degree in General Management and before taking over the management of the Rosenklinik, he was responsible for various nursing services and the implementation of new hospital information systems.

Cédric Bossart, a native of Fribourg and proud father of four children, has been working in the Swiss healthcare sector for around twenty years. After gaining initial professional experience in the legal department of Allianz Suisse, he headed the Clinique Le Noirmont and the Clinique Bois-Cerf in Lausanne, among others, and is President of the Swiss Association of Hospital Directors of French- and Italian-speaking Switzerland. On 1 February 2023, he joined the Swiss Medical Network, where he will contribute and share his experience in many different departments.

He has training and further education in the commercial and health economic fields. Thanks to his many years of experience in the healthcare sector, he is very familiar with the needs of patients and the concerns of medical teams and hospitals. Since August 2022, he has been Deputy Director of the Privatklinik Villa im Park and a member of the Executive Board.

Glen George has been responsible for the two Swiss Medical Network Pyramide Klinik am See and Privat Clinic Bethanien as General Manager since November 2021. After studying economics at the University of Zurich, Glen Gorge's career initially took him to the automotive industry, where he held various management positions in marketing and sales. Since 2018, he has been working for the Pyramide Clinic, where he was initially the project manager of a new construction project before taking over the management of the clinic in 2020 and successfully integrating it into the Swiss Medical Network as of Juli 1, 2021.

Ms Mucedero brings with her impressive experience, in particular as head of medical health centres and the business unit for emergency aid courses. She was also a member of the management of the renowned Institute of Occupational Medicine. Valérie Mucedero holds a Bachelor and Master of Science degree. She has been Director of Privatklinik Villa im Park since June 2024.

Florian Rossiaud-Fischer trained as an economist and went on to study computer and data sciences. In his previous role with a healthcare consultancy, he developed a new integrated care model, which subsequently gave rise to the Réseau de l'Arc and VIVA insurance. Florian Rossiaud-Fischer grew up in Geneva before moving to Zurich. He is fluent in French and Swiss German, as well as English, Spanish and Portuguese. He has been Director of the Medizinisches Zentrum Biel (MZB) since 1 April 2024.

As the general manager of the Ladies Permanence, Nina Salvisberg is responsible of the coordination with hospitals, personal matters, internal processes, administrative tasks as well as the entire recording of services. She has overseen the planning and construction process of our modern and centrally located practice in Stadelhofen.

Thanks to her years of experience as the head and coordinator of a women’s practice, she is able to make use of her extensive expertise in the health sector. She understands the needs and concerns of the patients, medical staff and hospitals.

With her open mind, motivating and communicative nature (in addition to German, she speaks French and English), Ms. Salvisberg creates a pleasant working environment, which benefits everyone at the Ladies Permanence. She always has an open ear for the concerns of the patients and employees, and always remains calm in hectic situations while managing to put a smile on your face.

Nadine Schneider completed her training as a surgical assistant at the University Hospital of Freiburg after graduating from high school in Ettenheim (DE). She then worked for the University Hospital and the Schulthess Clinic in Zurich, among others. Most recently, she was head of the operating theatre department at Privatklinik Bethanien. In addition to her further training in «Leadership in Healthcare Institutions» at H+, Nadine Schneider has been a member of the management team at Privatklinik Bethanien since July 2021, with responsibility for surgical operations. She has been managing the Medizinisches Zentrum Haus zur Pyramide since November 2024.

Graduated from commercial school and went on to become a qualified dental assistant. She subsequently gathered more than 20 years' experience in a wide range of administrative areas with Sanitas and continued to obtain more qualifications. Mirjam Zaugg-Novali has worked with the Schmerzklinik Basel since 2008. She was in charge of patient administration until 2010, when she took over management of commercial services. In May 2015, Mirjam Zaugg-Novali was appointed Operational Director of the Schmerzklinik Basel. Since October 2020 she has been acting as Director.

(* 1980) Daniela Franco graduated in Management Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Milan. After working as a health consultant specialist for more than 30 private and public facilities, she joined the Ars Medica Hospital Group as Quality Manager in 2011. Having worked as Project Manager at the Swiss Medical Network Group from 2013, she was appointed Deputy Director of the Ars Medica Clinic in April 2018.

(*1972) Michela Pfyffer studied law at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan. After working with several law firms in Italy and Ticino, she began work in 2008 with the Ars Medica Hospital Group as Assistant Manager. She served as Deputy Director before becoming Director at Sant'Anna Clinic in 2012.
