Bistro of the Privatklinik Bethanien

The menu includes a selection of simple, fresh and light dishes that can be enjoyed in the bistro or taken away, as well as special daily dishes.

During the summer, you can enjoy our quiet terrace. Patients are invited to dine in the bistro throughout their stay, where they are also welcome to bring their guests.

The bistro is open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and on Sundays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Room service

The patient’s coordinator personalises their meal plans, adjusts them according to the patient’s preferences and takes any dietary restrictions or allergies into account. Vegetarian, vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free alternatives are offered.

Case management at Privatklinik Bethanien is the interface between you, your relatives and internal and external treatment teams. We provide you with advice  before, during and after your hospital stay.

What we offer:

  • Clarification of administrative issues between doctors and insurance companies
  • Organisation of your follow-up care such as Spitex, rehabilitation, treatment centre or nursing home
  • Advice and support tailored to your needs

A free TV is available in each room. You can choose from a wide range of national and international TV and radio programmes.

As a privately insured patient, you will benefit from our limousine service in the regional area and during your inpatient stay. This is subject to availability. 

We are also happy to organise a chauffeur service for our patients with semi-private insurance, subject to the availability of the chauffeur and at an additional cost. For bookings, please contact reception.

Our reception team and nursing staff are always happy to help. The daily newspapers «Tages-Anzeiger», «Neue Zürcher Zeitung» and «20 Minuten» are available free of charge in your room.

In the LeShop at reception you will find a wide range of newspapers, magazines, books and gifts as well as a range of cosmetics from Nescens.

Our reception team will be happy to help you organise flower decorations and arrange massage, hairdresser, manicure and pedicure appointments, translation services or purchase vouchers for internal offers.

Post

Any post sent to you will be delivered to you personally on a daily basis. You can hand any letters you wish to send to the nursing staff or hand them in at reception. You can also buy stamps and postcards there.
