The Clinique Générale-Beaulieu is a renowned private hospital, both in terms of care and reception and in terms of hotel comfort. It is the 2nd largest private clinic in Geneva, with 115 beds, 9 operating theatres, two of which are entirely dedicated to outpatient surgery. The Clinique Générale-Beaulieu carries out some 5'000 hospitalisations per year for an average stay of 5 days. Around 700 babies are born each year in the maternity and the radiology institute carries out almost 25'000 examinations. The Clinique Générale-Beaulieu has almost 400 employees and more than 600 registered doctors and specialists.
Its main medical specialities include orthopaedics, oncology and radiotherapy, general surgery, neurosurgery, ophthalmology, urology, ENT, gynaecology and obstetrics. Founded in 1899, Clinique Générale-Beaulieu guarantees the excellence of its medical and surgical services, relying on an experienced team, medical technology providing real added value and first-class hotel services. It was the first clinic in French-speaking Switzerland to obtain ISO-9001 certification in all sectors of its activity. The central sterilisation service has also obtained ISO-13485 certification. The Clinique Générale-Beaulieu was integrated into the Swiss Medical Network in 2016.
